Position Summary
The Partner, EU Region is a senior leadership role responsible for establishing, growing, and leading the company’s healthcare IT consulting business across the European Union.
This is a remote role with international travel required. Reporting to the Chief Delivery Officer, the Partner will provide strategic, commercial, client, and operational leadership for the EU region while working closely with the company’s global delivery, revenue, technology, and corporate leadership teams.
The Partner will be responsible for developing the EU market, building strategic healthcare relationships, expanding the company’s regional client base, developing delivery capabilities, and creating a high-performing European organization.
The ideal candidate will bring significant healthcare IT experience, strong executive relationships, and previous experience working in the UK and EU EHR markets, along with demonstrated expertise with major EHR platforms, including MEDITECH and/or Epic.
In addition to regional responsibilities, the Partner will provide global practice leadership for MEDITECH services, helping establish and scale the company’s MEDITECH capabilities, talent, offerings, methodologies, and delivery model across international markets.

3.Global MEDITECH Practice Leadership
As part of the role’s global practice responsibilities, the Partner will work collaboratively with the Partner EHR:
• Provide strategic leadership for the company’s global MEDITECH practice.
• Develop and execute a global MEDITECH growth and service strategy.
• Expand MEDITECH consulting, implementation, optimization, advisory, staffing, and managed-services offerings.
• Develop standardized MEDITECH methodologies, accelerators, tools, and intellectual property.
• Establish a scalable global MEDITECH delivery model.
• Build and maintain a high-quality global MEDITECH talent pool.
• Identify emerging MEDITECH market opportunities and translate them into new services and revenue opportunities.

5.Delivery and Operational Leadership
• Partner with the Chief Delivery Officer to ensure successful execution of EU and global MEDITECH engagements.
• Maintain strong standards for delivery quality, client satisfaction, utilization, and profitability.
• Provide executive oversight of strategic or complex engagements.
• Establish scalable delivery practices appropriate for the European market.
• Ensure appropriate resources, capabilities, and leadership are available to support client commitments.

6.Talent and Organizational Development
• Build and lead a high-performing EU leadership and consulting organization.

• Monitor healthcare IT and EHR market trends across the UK and EU and identify opportunities for new services.

Job Summary:
The Senior Epic Consultant is a key member of PivotPoint's Tier 2 Managed Service Division, responsible for configuring, managing and supporting clinical applications within the Epic electronic health record (EHR) software for healthcare clients. This role works support and maintenance tickets, performs routine build, participates in on-call rotation and works on special projects (including Epic Upgrades) as needed by the client.
